Sir, My name is SHILPA VISHWAS, I was apply for KIOSK- BANK OF INDIA, CHAMPA, DIST- JANJGIR CHAMPA, CHHATTISHGARH,
I had deposit ammount Rs20,000/- in the favour of NICT Technologies Pvt LTD RAIPUR at 25/05/2015, NICT SBI BANK A/C NO.- 30498225491.
I don't want KIOSK any more,then i apply in NICT RAIPUR for amount refund at 21/06/2015, they took my application, id PAN Card, Photocopy of Bank Account, and other document, but my amount is not refunded by them.
When i call at NICT No. or Mr. PREM PRAKASH-07771005249 also Mr. MOHNISH- 7771002390 project head, many time they reply me- your application is in process,i am not a bank and many more. I can't explain how much harassment i get from both the office. Even they abuse and talk rudely with customer also me. They don't have any professionalism even they are making lot of excuses. I make lot of calls . My spent around 3000 on mobile phone while calling on both the offices. My mind is goes upset ue to Mr. PREMPRAKASH and Mr. MOHNISH and his false commitments. They are totally fraud and does not take any botheration of to return the money.
Sir, i am from poor family and collect Rs. 20,000 with very difficulty. So it is very big amount for me.
Kindly help me in this matter. What should i do can i take legal action against NICT.
